ElitePopup offers a 15-day free trial so you can test our platform risk-free. This policy explains our trial, billing, and cancellation terms.
15-Day Free Trial
What You Get
When you sign up for ElitePopup, you get a full 15-day free trial with complete access to all features:
- Full access to the visual popup editor
- Create unlimited popups and campaigns
- Advanced targeting and personalization
- Analytics and reporting
- Deploy to your Shopify store
No Charges During Trial
You will not be charged during your 15-day trial period. At the end of the trial, you can choose to subscribe to a paid plan or your account will be downgraded to free access (limited features).
Payment Information
We do not require payment information to start your trial. If you decide to continue after the trial ends, you'll be prompted to add payment information at that time.
No Refund Policy
Refunds Not Available
After your 15-day trial ends and you subscribe to a paid plan, all subscription payments are final. We do not offer refunds for subscription fees. The 15-day free trial is designed to give you sufficient time to evaluate ElitePopup before committing to a paid plan.
Why No Refunds?
Our 15-day trial allows you to fully test ElitePopup with your actual popups and campaigns. This ensures you can make an informed decision before paying. Once you subscribe, you have had adequate opportunity to evaluate the service.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
Cancel Anytime
You can cancel your subscription at any time. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees.
Cancellation Steps
To cancel your subscription:
- Log in to your ElitePopup account
- Go to Account Settings → Billing
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm your cancellation
- You'll receive a cancellation confirmation email
When Cancellation Takes Effect
Your cancellation takes effect immediately. You retain access through the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will be downgraded and your popups will stop displaying on your store.
Unused Time
If you cancel mid-month or mid-year, any unused portion of your subscription is non-refundable.
Billing Methods
Shopify App Store Billing
If you use ElitePopup as a Shopify app and pay through the Shopify App Store, your billing and refund terms are governed by Shopify's policies. For questions about Shopify App Store refunds, contact Shopify support or refer to their app store terms.
Direct Stripe Billing
For customers billing directly with ElitePopup (non-Shopify), payments are processed through Stripe. Once charged, payments are final per this policy. Cancellations take effect at the end of your billing cycle.
Your Billing Date
Subscription renewals occur on the same day each month (or year, depending on your plan). Charges are applied automatically to your registered payment method.
Payment and Billing Issues
Failed Payments
If a payment fails:
- We'll attempt the charge again 3-5 days later
- You'll receive an email notification of the failure
- Update your payment method within 7 days to avoid suspension
- If unresolved, your account will be suspended
Billing Errors
If you notice a billing error or unauthorized charge, contact us immediately at contact@elitecart.app. We'll investigate and resolve it within 3 business days.
Updating Payment Method
You can update your payment method anytime in your account settings. This will be used for all future charges.
Upgrading or Downgrading Plans
Upgrading Your Plan
When you upgrade to a higher-tier plan, you'll be charged a prorated amount for the difference between your current plan and the new plan, calculated for the remainder of your current billing period.
Downgrading Your Plan
When you downgrade to a lower-tier plan, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No credits or refunds are issued for downgrades.
Trial Terms
Fair Use
The 15-day trial is provided for evaluation purposes. Unreasonably excessive usage during the trial may result in suspension or termination of access.
One Trial Per Account
You're entitled to one 15-day trial per email address. Creating multiple accounts to access additional trials is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
After Trial Expires
When your trial ends, you have three options:
- Subscribe: Choose a paid plan and continue using ElitePopup
- Downgrade to Free: Continue with limited free features
- Delete Account: Permanently remove your account and data

Policy Changes
We may update this policy at any time. For existing subscriptions, material changes will be communicated 30 days before taking effect. Your continued subscription after any changes means you accept the new terms.
